Please be informed that, in accordance with the Act on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment of September 11, 2015, all GRODNO S.A. sales points accept waste electrical and electronic equipment free of charge.
This applies to individuals, as well as companies and institutions that are not subject to registration in the BDO (Database on Products and Packaging and Waste Management) and are not required to maintain waste records.
Free collection applies to waste equipment of all brands, provided that the equipment is of the same type and served the same function as the equipment sold by Grodno S.A.
Companies and institutions that are required to register in the BDO (Database on Products and Packaging and Waste Management) and to maintain waste records are encouraged to submit free waste lighting equipment collection requests via ElektroEko.

When returning waste electrical and electronic equipment, please remember:

Distributors are required to accept waste equipment from households free of charge at sales points, provided the waste equipment is of the same type and served the same function as the equipment sold.

When delivering equipment intended for household use to a customer, the distributor is obliged to collect waste equipment from households at the place of delivery, free of charge, provided that the waste equipment is of the same type and served the same function as the equipment delivered.

Distributor sales points with at least 400 m² of floor space dedicated to the sale of household equipment are obliged to accept, free of charge, small waste equipment (with no external dimension exceeding 25 cm) from households, at the store or in its immediate vicinity, without the need for the customer to purchase new household equipment.

Distributor sales points provide information on the collection of waste electrical and electronic equipment. The distributor ensures that all information required under Articles 1–3 of the Act of September 11, 2015 on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment is made available in a way that allows customers to easily access it — in particular via the website or in the form of a posted notice.
